Doddington Cheese can best be described as a British Territorial cheese, which lies somewhere between a Leicester and a Cheddar variation.
Made with the fresh warm unpasteurised milk from our own cows and matured to over twelve months.
By this time the Doddington has developed exceptional flavours most noteably sweet caramel and nutty characteristics. Once tasted it has a complex aroma and a very satisfying long finsh on the tongue.
This is a cheese for true food lovers and cheese officiados.
