Berwick Edge

Berwick Edge can best be described as a strong and fruity Gouda style cheese which is smooth in texture, it's flavours are typically strong and farmy.

Again made using unpasteurised milk of our own cows it captures a myriad of flavours, most notably fresh pineapple with a citrus tang.

It is usually matured from ten months to two years of age. It is a cheese for those who appreciate very strong flavours.
