'Granny' and 'Malcom' are the more mature members of the Doddington Dairy family. However, 'Granny's' recipes are still very much in demand when developing exciting new ice cream flavours. Her recipe for fudge was rediscovered and then mixed with creamy ice cream to make our delicious 'Homemade Fudge Chunk'.
