The fresh whole milk from the Doddington Dairy cows is mixed with ingredients of the finest quality, including plenty of double cream, some sugar and rich egg yolks. To this we add a syrup of the North East's famous Newcastle Brown Ale presenting a unique ice cream with a delicate flavour and distinct character.

To complement the flavour of the ice cream we've also included chunks of our rich homemade Newcastle Brown fudge.
