Here at Doddington Dairy we’ve been hard at work recreating some of the flavours that the Roman Britons may have tasted hundreds of year ago!

We added Apple & Cinnamon, Cherry and Heather Honey to our award winning dairy herd’s full fat milk and after many small changes we hit on the perfect mix.

We hope that you enjoy them as much as we did creating them.
